where you can come and enjoy 28 delicious years of gourmet culinary experience
from Italian-schooled,
award winning Executive Chef, Toto Ferrante.
Having
attained his degree at the La Scuola darte Culinaria di Sicilia,
in Palermo Sicily, Toto worked for twelve years in the restaurant business
before arriving to the United States, where he was hired as a Master
Chef by the esteemed Palermo Ristorante Italiano establishment. Within
a year's time, Toto was promoted to the top position of Executive Chef. He
then went on to open and operate all of the Palermo Bay Area locations
in San Francisco, Palo Alto and Menlo Park. After sixteen years
of experience with Palermo restaurants, Toto decided to go on and open
his own restaurant right here in Morgan Hill, bringing to our town his
delectable gourmet dishes specializing on the lighter side of Italian
gourmet cuisine. 
Using only the freshest ingredients,
Toto delights in creating a variety of homemade, aromatic vegetable
and meat sauces using little or no heavy creams but instead light oils
and fresh herbs. Come and enjoy this cozy "ristorante" where
a variety of veal, poultry and seafood along with a extensive list of
specialty pastas and tantalizing deserts will make you feel as though
